From Friction to Focus

We don't start with a model; we start with your experts. Our development process follows a strict Heuristic Rubric Workflow to ensuring that the AI doesn't just "generate text," but actually thinks like your best operator.
1. Collect SME Feedback
We begin by interviewing your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). We aren't just looking for data; we are looking for the "z" in the Knowledge Work Equation ($z + y = x$). We capture the intuition, the "prior beliefs," and the specific feedback loops your experts use to judge quality.
  • Goal: Capture the tacit knowledge that currently lives only in your experts' heads.

2. Turn into Heuristics
We translate that raw feedback into explicit logical rules heuristics. We strip away the ambiguity to define the "Golden Path" for decision-making. If an expert says, "I look for compliance risks," we define exactly which risks, where they appear, and how to weigh them.

3. Conduct Research & Data Ingestion
We connect the system to your real-world environment. We map your structured data (Salesforce, SQL, ERPs) and your unstructured silos (PDFs, emails, SharePoint). This ensures the heuristics are applied to the right context, not hallucinations.

4. Create the Rubric (Acceptance Criteria)
Before we write the final prompt, we build the grading key. We co-design a rigorous Acceptance Criteria Rubric with your team. This rubric defines exactly what "Good" looks like. The AI is not released until it can consistently score high against this rubric.

5. Iterate Tests
We run the workflow. We grade the output against the Rubric. We refine. This is an iterative engineering loop. We adjust the heuristics until the AI’s output is indistinguishable from, or better than a human draft.
